Hi, I'm Dawn and I am the crazy Geordie lady people know as The Confectionist!

My journey to becoming The Confectionist started over 20 years ago, creating innovative confectionary in a small mining village in Northumberland. As an award-winning creator, I am always looking for something out of the norm, that keeps our customers coming back for more. I have worked for years to create unique and tasty recipes, now extending my ranges to include vegan friendly fudge.

The Confectionist's biggest mission currently, is to create an inclusive range of confectionary for everybody to be able to enjoy, regardless of dietary requirements. Recently I perfected my recipe for a dairy free chocolate Fudge and aim to perfect many other flavours and options to remain an inclusive brand.

The Confectionist has been lucky enough to be awarded a gold star for our Sea Salted Niblets in 2022. And again in 2023 for our incredible Peanut Brittle.
